The big "W" behind is for Wanker |
It has to be a paraphrase of Member of Parliament (Tampines GRC) Baey Yam Keng's ringing endorsement of PRC scholar Sun Xu's diatribe (“There are more dogs than people in Singapore”) directed at our senior citizens: "We need to reflect upon ourselves, are we the way they described?"
It all looks so familiar: Foreigner Talents 1, Singaporeans 0.
Faishal's expressed rapport is for a serial cyclist offender, striking terror into motorists unfortunate to share the same roads. The housewife was driving home to her condominium at Keppel Bay when she had a brush with the monster on wheels: “He was violent, aggressive and used vulgarities. He even threatened at one point that he’d make sure I got my licence revoked.” The guy who is giving Aussies a bad name banged his fist on her car window, and reached in to open the door. The New Paper quoted Kenneth's version of the run in, “She tried to run me over.” He claims to have started cycling at age 3, dating his terrorist days all the way to the kindergarten sand pit.
Just last week, my female colleague was flabbergasted when a Caucasian jogger ran straight into the side of her stationary SUV, and then hurled invectives at her for being in his way. Unlike Kenneth's milder victim, she gave him a tongue lashing and threatened to call the cops if he persisted with the nonsense. The best way to treat such abominations is to face them down, not take the contemplative route advocated by Faisal and Baey.
Although a police report has been made, it remains to be seen if the road bully will get away with a slap on the wrist. For all we know, the parliamentarians may use the incident to initiate a "Be Kind To Foreign Talents" campaign, tapping the $10 million fund made available to the National Integration Council for the welcoming party for foreigners. Channel NewsAsia (CNA) quoted the police as saying "appropriate actions will be taken against the parties involved if they are found to have flouted any rules", implying that the motorist could be taken to task for not being sympathetic to road users who cannot afford a $100K COE.
The temerity of this Wanker from down UNDER is simply astonishing. But then so is the mad dog from up North at Woodlands Bus Interchange.
ReplyDeleteBeing bullied by foreign pieces of shit is now the order of the day. Soon, there might be a class in school for educating our native children on how to handle situations when they are intimidated and bullied by foreign wankers and mad dogs who are guests here but thinks they already own more than half of the country, courtesy of you know who.
Being politically correct made these two political twerps politically inept.
At the end of the day, the latter is really what counts if the threat by a flabbergasted constituent of not giving his vote to the acting Manpower Minister is to be taken seriously.
There is no more pride left in Singapore. Foreigners have taken over our land. We had "surrendered" because our government does not care. They are only interested in counting money. No wonder in ancient China, citizen has to call themselves as "grass citizen", to be stepped on by anybody higher. This is 1st World my foot!
ReplyDeleteObviously the monster on two wheels from "down under" has yet to encounter Sincity's monsters on four wheels.... alot of them actually...and he really ought to consider himself damn freakin lucky so far!
ReplyDeletePerhaps this monster wants to meet up with legendary Sincity ferrari driver "Ma Chi"
This is the result of calling such trash "foreign talent". The term was coined when we were looking for real talented foreigners. Now it also applies to whores on social visit pass to 3rd world types with fake qualifications. The ruling party is at fault for letting such shit in.
ReplyDeleteComing soon... tv drama on how ft doctors save babies and ft cyclists save old lady...
ReplyDeletedidn't some FT now singaporean doctor already proclaim that bit re saving kids?
DeleteAlmost 50% inhabitants here are foreigners and 2 millions more are in the waiting queue, These days, it won't be surprising that 1 in 2 conflicts involve a local and foreigner. It is not that foreigners are generally ill-behaved, it is just that the probability of meeting an ill-behaved foreigner is much much higher. The government is in a state where it is more concerned about breaking its precious porcelain vases (crown jewels or whatever you call them) than to chase after a rat. PM asked the people to trust the government. I only trust them to betray it.
ReplyDeleteSo what is the real problem?
ReplyDeleteToo many fake talents in Singapore?
OR
Too many traitors in parliament?
the real problem mate is too many fake talents cum traitors in parliament !
DeleteWe are to be blamed(the 60% of us) for giving the the traitors a free hand to do as they wish.
DeleteToo many fallen talents.......
DeleteIts time to return power to true blue hands. VTO 2016
ReplyDeletePolitics is always the same: first you have authoritarian regimes who enrich themselves at the expense of the masses. When their wealth stokes anger among the masses, they start importing mercenaries first to protect themselves (gurkhas), then import even more foreigners to dilute the political (voting) power of the angry locals, and finally they suppress the economic well being of the angry masses by importing cheap foreign workers to replace all levels of work, from top to bottom. The locals are then reduced to obedient civil servants or poor people on welfare of the state, dependent on the elites. Of course at some point the fat cats lose touch, becomes too engross with making money ($10m bungalows, GCBs etc), then the nationalist parties rise and replace the authoritarians. Finally the nationalist themselves become so comfortable and rich they start to fear for the safety of their wealth and henceforth become "anti-nationalist authoritarians" themselves, and the loop is complete. And so that was how the papigs changed their stripes from "socialist" to "capitalist" to "despotic authoritarians".
ReplyDeleteIt seems like time is ripe for "Aboriginal Rights" to be gazetted into law to protect true blue Singaporeans from belligerent foreign imports. How did we even get to this pathetic state? More foreigners create more "good" jobs, more vibrant economy but then one day you wake up to find yourselves displaced from the land you grown up on. You still want this kind of growth?
ReplyDeleteI have nothing against FT, nor the government, but I do note that the FT are getting more and more brash, aggressive and bullying to the locals. I have my fair share of experience. Hope the government teach these guests how to behave as guests here by taking strong punitive action against such FT behaviour against locals. We Singies are beginning to feel humiliated and raped in our own land.
ReplyDeleteWhat about the smart Singaporeans who live overseas? Should they be sent back?
ReplyDeletePlease remember, most Singaporeans are close relatives of 1800s Chinese FT...
What? Show respect for such foreign thrash? Faishal needs to be kicked out in 2016. Period.
ReplyDeleteWhen i was a boy in the 50s
ReplyDeletea teenager in the 60s, taxi drivers,
vice workers and hawkers used to
gang up with the triads to fight
Caucasian seamen and Local based
British and visiting British and other
Angmos soldiers.
If Whites or other foreigners residing
in Sin get into frequent disputes with
the Local borns, those ugly fights of
the 50s and 60s are likely to happen.
It is just a matter of time, so aliens got
to be very careful.
This guy is an Aussie asshole and jerk. One day he will meet a motorist who will tell him to shove it.
ReplyDeleteA matter of time this asshole will not be riding but pushing himself along on two wheels ( wheelchair )
DeleteHe thinks he's still in aus, where asians are almost always degraded as scums in slums and speak funny. Sometimes we've really got to stand up and push back. Although i would also examine the horrible driving habits of us locals, instigating the road rages we see these days. Spending a stretch of time as an expat myself in aus, i then realised how impatient and how unforgiving singaporean road users are. But i agree the caucasian expats esp. the brits and aussies who thinks most asian countries are still 'pommie colonies' and should still bow down to their greatness, should learn to be respectful...irregardless of how they would treat asians in their own countries.
DeleteAussies are the worst offenders and show no respect to Singapore the country they take advantage of
